The HDPE pipes is manufactured with highest grade of HDPE which has excellent MRS, resistance to rapid crack propagation &slow crack growth resistance. HDPE PE100 pipe is easy to install, light, flexible, corrosion-free and has a long service life. It can be jointed using butt fusion or electrofusion to create a leak-free pressure network for gas or water.

Are manufactured under international standard ISO 4437 for gas distribution. Manufactured using advance PE100 raw materials which have high MRS, excellent resistance to Slow Crack Growth (SCG) and Rapid Crack Propagation (RCP).

Available in colours Black, Orange or Black with Yellow stripes or Orange stripes as per national preference. These pipes offer corrosion resistance, resistance to the effects of gas constituents, these increased levels provide further assurance of long term performance under adverse conditions, such as surface damage and localised loading.

FEATURES

HDPE pipes for potable water are manufactured under ISO & EN standards with specially selected PE100 materials. The PE100 compound is WRAS approved which does not corrode, tuberculate or support biological growth and hence suitable for potable water application. The pipes manufactured from PE materials have excellent MRS and stress crack resistance. HDPE pipe has superb chemical resistance and is the material of choice in harsh chemical environments.
