The coupler is of Push-Lock mechanism, which enables it to be installed on ducts without pre-dismantling. It is used for joining two ducts. The design is simple, easy to install and provides leak proof joint between the two ducts. It is designed to withstand the pressure of 15 Bar and enable for quick& secure installation of cable in duct. The connectors are available in various sizes of 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm etc
End plug is used for sealing the ends of empty ducts, prior to installation of O.F. cable. End plug is installed by simple tightening in to the duct end. End plugs are fitted immediately after laying of duct, to prevent the entry of any dirt, water, moisture, insects/rodents etc into ducts. Available in various sizes from 25mm 32mm 40mm etc
Simplex Plug is used to seal the ends of ducts perfectly, after the cable is installed in the duct, to prevent the entry of dirt, water, moisture, insects/rodents etc into ducts. The simplex plug is a split type design & installed by assembling the split components over the cable in duct.
The Mainduct plug are split plugs used for organizing and supporting multiple sub ducts & sealing the end of main duct. The Duct cutter is very handy and very easy to use tool for cutting the duct in required length. Due to its unique design the ducts can be cut with minimum effort. The blades of the duct are very sharp &the cut ends of the ducts are plain & free of burrs.
The Rotary cutter is used to make a perfectly straight cut burr free duct end for leakproof coupling of ducts. It is alsoused for repairs of an occupied duct wherein the outer damaged duct can be cut without damaging the insidecable or for branching out of OFC cable.
Chamfering tool is used to give slight chamfer at duct ends by rotating the tool around the duct End. The tool produces smooth edge & gradient slope at the duct end which makes it easy to install coupler by pushing.
Vertical De-coiler is a steel reel assembly which is used to mount the standard duct coil for rolling out in the trench. It is used for safely uncoiling of standard coils while laying during installation intrench. There is no spiraling effect in duct, no risk of kink, scratches & also no added stress on duct while uncoiling thereby ensuring integrity of duct path for enhance blowing. Saves cost & increases mobility of the installation process.

Pulling gear assembly contains pulling eye & pulling harness.Pulling eye is a metallic tapered screw-in thread tool. The tapered threading cuts threads in the duct bore as it being tightened & creates a reliable strong grip.Typically used to install sub-ducts inside a main duct. The pulling eyes are installed quickly and easily and require no special tooling.
The harness is made of single or multiple steel wire ropes with hooks at both the sides. It connects the pulling eye with the pulling mechanism. It allows single or multiple pulls at one time by attaching one or two inner ducts to the one Pulling Harness in a staggered configuration for pulling through conduit systems or during directional drilling pull-back operations.

Warning tapes are commonly used for laying in underground trenches 200 mm above the Telecommunication duct for warning /identifying the utilities beneath. Available in options such as normal & detectable type an in various colour options and customized print matter.
PU foam is suitable for sealing of gaps between sub-ducts in main duct. The foam seal prevent entry of water & dust in the duct.
Duct Rods main purpose is for running cable draw ropes into ducts or along cable support structures. Duct rods provide a strong, lightweight, labour saving solution for installing cables into ducts. The various sizes of Duct Rods provided include 4.5mm, 6mm, 9mm, 11mm and 14mm. Length available from 50mtr to 500mtr depending on diameter of Rod.
Rollers primary purpose is for pulling cables/ducts from drums into trenches. Rollers help in the smooth movement through-out the trench without any friction or load. In simple words, rollers help the pulling process to be easier than when compared to pulling just with hands. These are Rollers that are basically used for pulling in a straight path. The Rollers vary depending upon the diameter of the duct.
