Our Ducts are manufactured with the specially designed high density Polyethylene material which offers a great resistance against the heavy earth loads and offers greater impact and crush resistance. Our ducts are typically formulated with a variety of stabilizing additives, ranging from antioxidants to UV stabilizers, to maintain required long-term storage performance.

Pathways superlube duct is a High Density Polyethylene Duct with solid permanently lubricated inner layer. Superlube duct is a commonly used option for the underground laying of optical fiber cable (OFC) suitable both for blowing & pulling operation. Manufactured with permanent super smooth inner lubricated layer which provide low dynamic ICOF value with the cable & enables longer installation of Optic fibre cable.

RIBWAY

Pathway’s Ribway duct are innovatively designed with straight ribs in inner layer along with super smooth lubricated layer. The ribs are so designed to effectively increase the airflow between the cable and the duct thus reducing contact & friction between the surfaces. Improves installation crew productivity & reduces frequency of placing crews handling cable.

HELIXRIBWAY

Pathway’s HelixRibway is a special designed duct manufactured with spiral ribs inside to enhance blowing performance in field. The ribs are formed in a optimum helix angle to create air swirl effect around the cable.

The blowing air moving through the spiral ribs creates air swirl effect around the cable which increases the cable moving speed in the direction of the air flow thereby increasing the blowing speed. The blowing length of cable is increased as the friction drag is reduced comparatively due to less contact of cable with duct. Total number of spiral ribs provided are typically 32 nos.

TURBORIBWAY

Pathway’s TurboRibway is a advance duct specially designed for improving blowing performance. This duct considerably increases the blowing length and speed of blowing. The specially designed wide spiral ribs with increased spacing increase the air swirl effect created around the cable which carries the cable at higher speed in the direction of the air flow thereby increasing the blowing speed.

The friction drag is reduced considerably and longer blowing length is achieved constantly in blowing. In addition, because the advancing cable is mostly off the ribbing, there is an opportunity for cooling and re-lubrication. Total number of spiral ribs provided range from typical 6 nos.

easytrace

Pathway’s Easytrace is a duct with a conductive traceable wire for easy location of duct. Easytrace duct ensures easy location of duct using industry standard locating equipment. The traceable wire is enclosed in a HDPE casing protecting it from corrosion & the high web strength protects it against mechanical damage.

Extremely functional at a wide range of frequencies. Prevents damage from future construction. No special tools are required to couple the duct Manufactured as Smooth in/Smooth out and smooth out/Ribbed in.
